1. How many drivers can we have on our agreement and do
you have age restrictions?
We have an unlimited amount of drivers allowed at no extra charge. All
drivers must be at least 21 years of age.
2. How do we receive and drop off the rental van?
We deliver and pickup the van right at the airport, your hotel, or
your home in Florida. The paperwork is signed there, no need to have
to get into a van, go to someone's office, then go to your hotel or
place where you will be staying.
3. How many miles per day do we get for free?
You receive 100 miles for free each day with a limit of 2,000
miles per month. Any additional miles will be charged at $0.35 per
mile.
4. What are your hours of operation for deliveries and pickups?
We have a 24/7 delivery and pickup schedule, any time of the
day or night, our company representative will be there. Also, it is
very important to know that we have a 24/7 emergency phone number in
case there is any problem with the van or you have an immediate
need to change your pickup time. Our emergency phone is always
covered by someone.
5. Do you have car seats or booster seats?
Yes! We provide these for you at absolutely no charge!
6. Do you allow animals in your vehicles?
Yes and no. We only allow service animals in the vans and there
is a cleaning fee of $100 - $200 depending on the severity of cleanup.
7. Do you have vans with hand controls and transfer seats?
Yes we do! These vans are at no additional charge unless you need
to have the hand controls on the right side of the steering column;
then there is a charge of $60.00.
8. What happens if we need to cancel our reservation?
There is no charge for cancellation up to 48 hours prior to the rental. If you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled
delivery time there is a charge of $100.00. If you cancel within 8
hours of your scheduled delivery time there is a charge of $100.00
plus the cost of the delivery/pickup fee.
9. When will you charge my credit card?
The actual charge for the rental is not done until 2 to 3 days
before your arriving flight.
10. What happens if we decide to leave earlier and want to return
the van?
No problem! We will give a refund on early returns.
